Hi, don't abuse me because yes I know there are problems out there worse then mine, I'm just having a rant because I know that no one cares what I post here and if they don't want to read it they don't have to.

I hated myself just few years ago, like I was really depressed, sorted out my friends and things started to get a bit better. I sorted out my friends because at the absolute low point in my life my goals in short form were.
1. Friends
2. Work
3. Not necessarily a boyfriend (even though I was young and stupid, but to still have my self respect when I finished high school, unlike some of the girls I had seen graduate before me) I really wanted a boyfriend even though I 'knew' this wasn't going to happen.

My friends was easily sorted out, I just needed to use my brain instead of that meter somewhere in my body that just wanted to make me popular.

Work was a lot harder, I got knocked back from almost every in town, then after the floods an angel came, someone who opened up a cafe and were new to town so couldn't discriminate me against where I was from or who my family was. It was perfect and not only did they hire me but they hired one of my best friends as well. Then I found out I got paid minimum wage.. Its ok though because the goal was to get a job and I got one with my best friend so thats more then I deserve and good enough for me.

The boyfriend part came to me a lot later, I got this amazing boyfriend who never gets angry or frustrated with me, never raises his voice or forces me to do anything I don't want to do. He is actually perfect and just so individual, I thought guys like him didn't exist and I didn't have to kiss a frog to get him, also he was impressed I at my cod skills which was a turn on for my instantly. I think he was just shocked I owned an xbox though, because he is pretty pro, but I'll take what I can get. The best part of this story is I had known him all my life, he was in my grade and lived just around the corner. I never really noticed him because he never went out much and he had his friends and I had mine, it was lucky we were even friends.

The catch 22 is that his parents are really strict so I hardly ever see him, its like here for minute then gone for week. Well thats what it feels like. We see each other walking to school and at school but I'm never alone with him, thank god I go to the same school as him, I don't know what I'd do if I didn't. Its been 8 months, I'm so certain we will make it a year. I'm going to stop here so I don't get all cheesy and stuff.

Now after saying all this I don't need to vent as much anymore, this writing all down stuff helps :)

What has happened to all the great murder mysteries?

I was trying to find a good movie to watch with my boyfriend and then I thought to myself "I feel like watching a good twisted murder mystery" the problem came to me when I couldn't find out with an outstanding review. I tried my film noir and still nothing new caught my eye. I've seen all the old and I want something new, but really? These days who is going to make an amazing murder mystery that keeps you guessing to the end? Have we lost all our lost puzzling writers to advertisement and trashy TV? or is there just no room in modern popular culture for a screen viewing that actually makes you think? Nothing could beat the best now, they stay cemented in your mind. For example I don't think I will ever lose that one scene in China Town (1974, starring  Jack Nicholson  and Faye Dunaway) between Gittes and Evelyn..

Evelyn Mulwray: She's my daughter. 
[Gittes slaps Evelyn] 
Jake Gittes: I said I want the truth!

Both actor and actress, completely perfect for the scene and completely perfect for there given roles in this tale, upon tale, upon tale. 


What about our TV shows of the same genre? Can't find one these days that isn't full of drama and love affairs. I JUST WANT A MURDER MYSTERY TO WATCH WITH MY BOYFRIEND!

Getting back to Disney

Some people go out on their Saturdays off.. I have Disney marathons and bake brownies. Exactly what I have done so far today.

The movies I'm watching aren't even on DVD, I'M WATCHING VIDEO'S! Its insane, I haven't used videos since I was so, so young.

Also does anyone know of some gaming conventions in Melbourne? or anything like that?

Should play some fable after my homework I reckon.

At least I'll get a lot done today since my boyfriend had me awake at 7am! There wasn't even a reason to be awake at that time, we just got up and watch TV and had breakfast.

Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs just finished. Go my life.

My favourite things!

Just thought I would just share a couple of my favourite beauty products I have been using recently :)

1. Biore pore strips
These one are a very recent buy so I have only used the nose strips twice, but you really do see an improvement after use, especially for me because I have about a million blackheads on my nose! I bought these at safeway, can't remember the exact price but pretty sure they were only about $5-$7. The thing I love though is not only can you buy nose strips they also sell strips for your forehead and chin, so it covers the whole blackhead filled T-zone! If you want more of a bonus they come with free face wipes :)



2. Thin Lizzie 6 in 1 Professional Powder
Yes, I know, I know, we've all seen those annoying inforcommercials that make you want to scream, but they wouldn't be able to afford all those ad's if their product didn't work. I got the light powder and it really does give me a bronze glow and looks great in photos, provided you don't put too much on.. I can tell you from embarrassing personal experience. I got all ready to go out to a friends party and it was the first time going out with my Thin Lizzie powder on and I may have been a bit heavy handed without realising it. I looked fine in the mirror (even though my bathroom light is SHOCKING!) and no one pointed it out to me, I even asked my boyfriend how I looked (and for a guy he is quite honest and he has never been a big fan of me wearing make-up) so I thought I was all fine. Looked back at the photos the next morning. OH GOD! It looked like I past out on the bathroom floor and got attacked with tanning lotion. Although I think that would have been my story.. So yes this product has worked very well for me since, but be careful, don't expect a massive change, because you're already beautiful, its not going to completely change you, just make you glow in photos

Short and Quick Study Tip!!

I'm pretty good in school, but I don't study more then hour a day, if at all. (I need xbox time as well)

Two tips I can quickly give you now are..

1. Get sleep and wake up early enough to have a shower and eat breakfast so you go refreshed to school so you can listen. If you don't want to have a shower then do a good job of your hair and uniform or clothes. Just do something so you're in a good mood and ready to listen and do some work! :)

2. Make flash cards! Remember though everyone has different methods of learning, but flash cards is just favourite, because you study less and learn more because you get rid out of all the useless stuff. If cut and paste and heaps and heaps of writing isn't for you (because it isn't for me either) I reccommend a site or program like this..

I haven't used it yet, but my friend uses it and she says it looks good, I've only just downloaded it and copied over a couple of my biology flash cards. You don't have to use this one, but I will tell you in the close future how it goes. More then likely after I download it to my school laptop so I can use it properly.

Report Day!!

Got reports back from school today, bit scared to read mine though. I took at quick glance at the letter grades and saw a D somewhere in there. I think its my first one ever, its probably for methods because that class is just way too hard and our teacher expects more from us then the course requires. Plus I'm the only girl in there and all the guys just take it too seriously, so its really no fun at all even though my class for physics is the same, but physics is a lot easier so everyone is pretty chilled in there.

Didn't get to play a lot of fable today, only like half an hour then I had to go work :(
but I did unlock a really cool room thing, I can't remember what it was called, I'll tell you guys next time I play.
I also put it of after work since I really should be doing my homework, since I have a massive sac coming up Wednesday that I haven't even looked at (not to mention that we had the two weeks of holidays to do it and I've lost the original sheet!) so I'm going to be in trouble, but its ok. I got a plan.

Also I really need to go for a run tomorrow because I haven't gone for a run in days. I also bought some ankle weights to try out the other day. Nobody worry I'm not going to use them while running, but they would be good for strength training and since I let a client of mine borrow my actual weights they will be good to use until I get them back because they can easily be attached to my wrists as well. :)

I really need an early one, I couldn't get to sleep until 3-4am last night! Hopefully sleep comes a bit easier tonight.

Just a bit about Hugh Laurie!!

I just thought you all might like to know that my favourtie person I don't know and the person I would most likely stalk if I lived in the USA would definitly be Hugh Laurie, for those of you who don't know Hugh Laurie is the star of my top tv series House. He plays the role brillently and the cast of the show have totally different personalitys which still manage to fit together. Its not just about over acting emotions and could-of-be-should-of-been relationships like a bad Greys Anatomy episode, its also a fantastic Medical Drama, which is probably why I love it so much, because House solves the medical mysterys no one else can solve. ;)

No one have a rant at me, this is full my own opinion. 

Last day of Holidays :(

Today was the last day of holidays! School tomorrow, such a hard life I have. I didn't even do anything today (the way holidays should be if you ask me) I spent the whole day with my boyfriend drinking green tea, playing twister and on the xbox, practically perfect day for me :)

Played a fair amount of fable today and racked up just under 13 hours for the holidays (don't judge me, there are people that do a lot worse and I just got back into it, I haven't played for a while!!) to me this was all worth it though. I opened 4 demon doors, fully upgraded my bonesmasher and got plenty of other upgrades. Killed many balverines, hobbes and took out many hollowmen.

Although towards the end of the night I heard someone on the orb chat talking about how he wants to trade and give away most of his weapons and gold. I so, so wanted to say something because no one else was and would have really put the gold to good use but I didn't say anything! Gah, I hate myself right now, I'm like a wimpy little school girl (although I wouldn't doubt if many of you thought I already was) no one else said they would take it of his hands though and I never heard anymore from him. I think he just assumed that there was no one with a mic. Oh why, oh why didn't I say anything :(

Getting of the fable talk for minute and moving to facebook, ohmygod, the things girls will openly say about each other is completely amazing. I know we all love to read those bitchy facebook fights between girls accusing the other to be what they are themselves, but imagine if you saw people talking like that in street and the amount of people that could see it on facebook could see it in real life? Apart from the fact that less people would get involved this unnecessary display probably wouldn't happen in the first place. The internet is a big wall to hide behind, but what happens when you need to deal with the situation in real life?
Also the age of pre-teens joining facebook must be sky rocketing, I know its annoying when all the year 6's try to add you and you're all like "who da fuq is that?" but they see this stuff, they can't think this is how normal people act over the internet its disgusting.

Well I could go on about fable some more because thats basically all I did today, unless you want to hear about my green tea or how my boyfriend cheats at twister ;)

Fable 3: I think it was my destiny

Yes this may seem a bit lame and out of the ordinary for a female, but I promise we do exist. A female fable 3 player and I promise there are a lot of us out there.

Now at the moment this rpg seems to be one of my top loves (apart from boyfriend and my cat of course) and I will probably talk about it a lot including give out tips for players just starting, because when I walk around the worlds and stalk the orbs of other players I see a lot of players that have only been playing for 1 to maybe 6 hours? They could have possible gotten quickly through the main story, but if they did they probably didn't like the game as much as they could have. Fable is all about exploring everywhere, advancing your character and making your land whatever place that YOU want to play, not worrying about whether the people of your land think good or bad of you, because trust me, they're pretty easy followers.



At the moment I am trying to collect all the weapons and finish all achievements. I am an xbox player, so if anyone wants to swap with me or think they can help me out leave a comment or message me. I would completely love your help, and I play plenty of other games and I'm always open to playing with and talking to other xbox live players so do not be afraid. If you can't find it I'm sure I can blog on it :)

If you would like me to post about fable 3 then tell me! Trust me I know all about it. I promise I am a real gamer. I'm not one of those 'hot gamer gurls' that pretend to be interested in games to get guys (because I already have a boyfriend) and I'm not doing it to get likes (because I do honestly want to help other people in anyway I can, because games get better with the more you achieve)

If you don't want to hear about fable then I could tell you that I did watch 'The Birds' with the boy recently. Of course because he knows I love it he pretended to like it, but I could see it in his eyes when we were watching he was off in his own world getting moabs in his head and thinking about the action movies we could be watching together, instead we were watching old time beautys being chased by sick, sick, birds. I still liked it and he did download it for me, and then he brought it to mine and just put it on to watch it instead of moaning and complaining so he definitely gets girlfriend points :)

Below is a cake I made for my boyfriend for his birthday! I think I did well considering I haven't made cakes in the longest time. Tasted great to!!
